Being new to BJJ this app been an amazing resource in increasing my submission abilities in training. Stephan not only breaks down each submission in detail, he further illustrates each one with finer points as well as multiple camera angles. Highly recommended for all who are interested in BJJ.

Stephan Kesting is an excellent teacher. Honestly, Ive learned more about grappling from his online classes and apps than from all the books and classes Ive taken. He has an excellent pace and style, and he isnt an off putting thug. This app is typical of his excellent work. He explains each of the many techniques twice: once quickly and once in detail. The pacing and filming is clear and comprehensive. The price? In. Freaking. Sane. This is without a doubt the best money you will spend on martial arts instruction. Its simply an incredible value.

I really like the clear layout of the app, and all the important details. I feel like theres enough info here that in class, I could go over these drills with a partner there and quickly include it in my game. Looking forward to working through this material! Thank you!

Great app to make sense of the submissions with step by step great instruction. I have learned so much from this app and his other videos/apps. As a white belt especially useful in the beginning when it’s all a blur. :) I have now bought 2 other apps!

Use it all the time

I have all of Stephan Kestings apps, videos and some other products as well. I am NEVER disappointed. His style of instruction is clear, concise, and very helpful. I had his older version of this app and it was great. This is better. The video works better on my iPad, which is increasingly where I like to watch my videos and apps with videos. Also, there are seven new techniques added. The video quality is better than it was previously also. All in all, I love his products, and when I did have a problem with one of his products (not his apps) he quickly answered me personally by email, fixed the problem and was his usual courteous self. I am a loyal fan of all Kestings endeavors because of his quality and excellent customer service. You can find other products that are just as good, you just cant find any better.

I have spent countless hours watching Stephans videos on line. I have learned a lot and they compliment my regular instruction very well. Now to have them categorized right on my phone, with tips and details, all in high quality video, this is fantastic. $2 well invested.
